"After a tree fell on our home in early January we had our roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Exteriors. Working with Rob was a pleasure. He was thorough in his explanation of the quote and helpful as we worked with our insurance company. The quality of the products & installation - from the shingles to replacement boots around vent pipes to extra layers of moisture barrier protection in valleys - was all top notch. His crew was careful to prevent damage to our home & siding during removal of the old shingles and installation of new ones. He even provided a credit on our final payment when they did not use as many sheets of replacement decking as he estimated in the quote. "During a recent heavy rain in Wake Forest, my roof developed a leak. With more rain on the way in a few days, I first tried contacting the roofer who had installed new shingles several years ago, but they wanted to charge a heavy fee just to take a look. Fortunately, I found Lifetime Roofing and Exteriors instead. The owner, Rob, returned my call promptly and was able to send someone out to help within a day. The owner informed me up front what the typical repair cost would be, which was a modest, reasonable charge. The worker made the repair, which was put to the test a few days later with a series of heavy rain storms. The leak was fixed, and I was able to avoid any additional water damage thanks to the company's fast, professional service. I will definitely use Lifetime Roofing again in the future when the need arises."
